TSMS Model School 6th Class Admission Notification 2017:Telangana State Model Schools Admission Notification has been released by the TS School Education for admissions into class VI for the Academic Year 2017 - 2018 in 182 Model Schools in the state.So who wish to apply for seeking admission into telangana model schools they are knowing some important matters like as Official website,Online Application Process,Exam Fee,Exam Date,Exam Pattern,important dates etc.Government have permitted to conduct Admission Test for the classes VI to X. In this connection it is proposed to conduct admission test to the class VI for the academic year 2017-2018

Government of Telangana Vide Go.No 8 have declared Telangana Model Schools as Specified Category Schools.
Age Limit:
SC / ST students should have born between 01.09.2002 to 31.08.2006. So, students age should have between 10 to 14 years.
OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01.09.2004 to 31.08.2006 and students age should have between 10 to 12 years
1. Schedule:
- Date of Notification - 09.02.2016
- Schedule of submission of online application - 10.02.2016 to 19.02.2016
- Submission of printed application form along with the copies of relevant certificates to the concerned Principal of Model School 11-02-2016 to 20.02.2016
- Date of Examination 06.03.2015 from 09 AM to 11 AM (at Selected Mandal H.Q./Divisional Head quarters)
- Publication of Merit list - 11.03.2016
- Finalization of admission list at District level - 14.03.2016 & 15.03.2016 (2 days)
- Certificate verification and admissions 17.03.2016 to 18.03.2016 (2 days)
- Date of commencement of classes - 21.03.2016.
i. The Q.P. will be objective type based on V class Syllabus.
ii. Q.P. will be for (02) hours, for 100 marks consisting four parts
i.e. Telugu (25 Marks),
Mathematics (25 Marks),
Environmental Studies (25 Marks) and
English (25 Marks).
iii. Mathematics and Environmental Studies will be in Bilingual (Telugu &; English versions).
The total marks for the test are 100 and duration of 2.00 hours (i.e) from 9.00 AM to 11.00 AM Four Parts in Question Paper
Admission Procedure:
Admission for classes VI shall be done as per the procedure followed by TSREIS. While doing this, the candidates from the same Mandal where Model School is functioning, will be given preference. Admissions will be done on the basis of a written test/ entrance test
How to Apply:
Eligible Students can apply through online mode through www.telanganams.cgg.gov.in. After Submission of online application the same print copy for admission must be submitted to the concerned Principal of Telangana model school in which the candidate is seeking admission.
Examination fee:
The examination fee is:
Rs.100/- for OC;
Rs.50/- for BC, SC and ST students.
Fee can be paid at TS Online Centers or through payment gateway of telanganams.cgg.gov.in
