Still many days left to all major counselling’s (no schedule announced yet), Details of documents to be submitted and other relevant information of certificate verification.

Original Certificates are to be produced by candidates at the web counselling,it’s better you keep copies of your documents for future purpose.

Required Certificates for AP Eamcet 2016 Certificate Verification 

• 1. Eamcet Hall Ticket and Rank Card 2015
• 2. Intermediate Memo And Pass Certificate and TC.
• 3. SSC (or) its equivalent marks memo,
• 4. VI TO Inter Study Certificates,
• 5. Residence Certificate in case of Private candidates,
• 6. Income Certificate issued after 1 -1 – 2015 ( For Fee Reimbursement)
• 7. Caste Certificate issued by Computer authority
• 8. PH / CAP / NCC / Sports / Minority Certificate if applicable.

PH- Certificate issued by District Medical Board- 40% and above disability is only eligible.

CAP: Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare officer ( in case Ex-Service men) Identity card and disarge book from verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of AP Are only eligible to be considered under ” CAP” category.

Sports& NCC-

To Produce Original Certificates Issued by Competent authorities.

Minorities-

SSC TC Containing Minority status (or) Certificate from the head Master.

Anglo Indian-

A Certificate Issued by RD) / Asst. Collector of their place of Residence.

AP Eamcet 2016 Certificate Verification Process

Every candidate attending for certificate verification at Help-Line center is requested to follow the stages as indicated below

1. Wait for the announcement from authorities of Help Line Centers for Registration 
2. After announcement, hand over the rank card to officer at entrance Wait for your turn in the registration hall 
3. When your rank is called, pay the registration-cum-counselling fee and obtain receipt 
4. Collect the Registration-cum-Verification form from the computer operator at the registration counter 
5. Enter details i.e hall ticket number, rank etc., in the register and append your signature Your registration is completed. Go back and wait in the registration hall for announcement 
6. After announcement by the officer at Registration counter, report at Verification counter for certificate verification
