N.G Ranga university B.Sc (Agriculture) counselling dates 2016 : The combined counseling for qualified candidates already applied online with AP EAMCET 2016 ranks for filling into B.Sc.(Agriculture) and B.Sc.(Hons) Horticulture courses into private colleges with affiliation to ANGRAU & Dr.YSRHU for the year 2016-17 will be held at Auditorium, R.A.R.S., Lam, Guntur on the dates category wise mentioned below. Fee has to be paid on the spot during counseling on allotment of seat.

NOTE:-

1. The counseling for filling up of Category „A‟ seats 65% i.e. 195 seats in B.Sc. (Agriculture) and 39 seats in B.Sc. (Hons) Horticulture).
2. All categories means OC, BC, SC and ST as per the ranks indicated in the table and not on category basis (by merit only). On 02-12-2016, the seats under Open Competition only will be filled up irrespective of categories. Those candidates under reserved categories, who do not secure seat under Open Competition will have to attend counseling again on respective scheduled dates (on 3-12-2016 or 4-12-2016 as the case may be).
3. For the Un-Reserved (Non-Local 15%) quota, any candidate from AU, SVU, OU/NL region with A.P. EAMCET 2016 Rank can compete on merit.
4. The seats in B.Sc. (Agriculture) / B.Sc. (Hons) Horticulture Courses shall be filled in as per the Presidential Order and rule of reservation based on the A.P. EAMCET 2016 Ranks as and when the seats in Open Competition gets filled up.
5. The seats in the categories shall be filled in based on the choice exercised by the candidate with a particular social category on the scheduled days notified for respective social categories (For example, a seat reserved for BC-A, B, C, D, E / SC/ST quota will be filled up on the dates indicated for respective categories only).
6. The candidates are required to produce all the relevant original certificates at the time of counseling and selected candidates have to come prepared to pay the requisite fee of Rs. 1,14,640/- ( Rs. 98,640 for first semester fee + Rs. 7000/- Hostel and Mess deposits + Rs. 9000/- Hostel establishment charges and Room rent) immediately, failing which the seat stands cancelled.
7. If the candidates face any problem in cash transaction in acceptable currency, a Demand Draft for an amount of Rs. 1,14,640/- ( Rs. 98,640 for first semester fee + Rs. 7000/- Hostel and Mess deposits + Rs. 9000/- Hostel establishment charges and Room rent) in the name of “Comptroller , ANGRAU” payable at “Guntur” may be brought to the Counseling.
8. Since more number of candidates are called than the number of seats, the candidates may have to take back their cash, Demand Draft in case a seat is not allotted. The inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted.
9. Selection of candidates under S.C., S.T. and B.C. quota is subject to clearance by the respective social status Directorates of Government of Andhra Pradesh. The provisional selection under BC-E category is subject to the final adjudication (in W.P.No. 15267 of 2007) in the Hon‟ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
10. This notification shall be treated as individual intimation. No separate intimation will be sent.
11. The Counseling will be conducted on all the days as notified above including public holidays and even in the event of any day declared holiday by Government.
12. Only one parent / guardian per student will be allowed at the counseling centre. Since more number of candidates have been called, the counseling in the after noon sessions on every day is likely to be extended to late in the evening and night, till the counseling for the particular category is over. Hence the candidates and parents need to come prepared.
13. The A.P. EAMCET-2016 Ranks mentioned in the table are State Ranks only.
14. The management quota (Category-B) 35% seats will be filled up by respective colleges based on A.P. EAMCET 2016 Ranks from the candidates who have already applied online to ANGRAU. This will be notified separately by respective colleges, after counseling for „Category-A” is completed.

All eligible candidates with AGRICET-2016 Ranks are required to attend the counseling with duly filled in application form (downloaded from University website, www.angrau.ac.in ) along with original certificates and Demand Draft (original) for Rs.1100/- (Rs.550/- in case of SC / ST/ PH candidates) towards the registration fee (Non-refundable) drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of “COMPTROLLER, ANGRAU” payable at “GUNTUR”.

The selected candidates into B.Sc.(Ag.) through AGRICET 2016, have to come prepared to pay the requisite fee on the spot during counseling on allotment of seat. If the candidates face any problem in cash transaction in acceptable currency, a Demand Draft for an amount of Rs. 1,14,640/- ( Rs. 98,640 for first semester fee + Rs. 7000/- Hostel and Mess deposits + Rs. 9000/- Hostel establishment charges and Room rent) in the name of “Comptroller , ANGRAU” payable at “Guntur”
