TS Go 26 Dearness Relief DR to Telangana Pensioners-DA

Good news for Telangana Pensioners to getting Dearness Relief/DR.TS govt has decided to give Dearness Relief/DR for their pensioners.In previous days Telangana Govt have been released  Dearness Allowance order 25 on 08.03.2016 for their employees.Employees of Government of Telangana getting DA from 12.052% of the basic pay to 15.196% of basic pay from 1st of July, 2015. So now Dearness Relief to pensioners sanctioned from 12.052% of the basic pay to 15.196% from 01.07.2015

TS Go 26 ,TS Dearness Relief/DR to Telangana Pensioners

The Telangana Govt will be given arrears of revised Dearness Relief to the pensioners shall be paid along with the pension of March 2016 payable on 1st April 2016.

Pensioners Dearness Relief/DR orders are applicable to

1. (a) All government Pensioners in receipt of Service Pensions, Family Pensions under Revised Pension Rules,1951, Andhra Pradesh Liberalised Pension Rules, 1961 and Andhra Pradesh Government Servants (Family Pension) Rules,1964.
2. (b)Teaching and Non – Teaching pensioners of Municipalities, Panchayat Raj Institutions and Aided Educational Institutions, in receipt of pensions under the Andhra Pradesh Liberalised Pension Rules, 1961 and Andhra Pradesh Government Servants (Family Pension) Rules,1964
3. (c) Teaching and Non – Teaching staff in Aided Educational Institutions in receipt of pensions under the Contributory Provident Fund – cum – pension and Gratuity Rules,1961 and Andhra Pradesh Liberalised Pension Rules, 1961.
4. (d) Those drawing family pensions under G.O.Ms.No.22 Finance & Planning (FW-Pen.I) Department dt. 16.11.1971, G.O.Ms.No. 104 Finance & Planning (FW-Pen.I) Department dt. 13.04.1973 and G.O.Ms.No.25 Finance & Planning (FW-Pen.I) Department dt. 02.02.1974.
5. (e) Pensioners in receipt of compassionate pension under the rules for Compassionate Pensions and Gratuities in the Hyderabad Civil Services Rules; and
6. (f) Those in receipt of Pensions under the Wound and the Extraordinary Pension Rules.
