TS PECET application form 2018-2019, Eligibility, Exam date : MG University Nalgonda has issued notification for Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test – 2018 (TSPECET-2018) will be conducted for admission into the B.P.Ed & D.P.Ed courses offered by the Universities and affiliated colleges in Telangana State for the academic year 2018-2019.

Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test – 2018 TSPECET-2018 Under the aegis of TSCHE, Hyderabad  Conducted by MAHATMA GANDHI UNIVERSITY, NALGONDA-508254  (In terms of G.O. Ms .No. 164 Education (SE) Department, dated 17.11.2004)

Eligible candidates, who wish to apply for TSPECET-2018, may submit their applications through ONLINE MODE only. The detailed information regarding eligibility, age, submission of online application & related instructions etc are available in http://pecet.tsche.ac.in. The Application Registration Fee @ Rs. 400/- for SC & ST and Rs. 800/- for others should be paid at TSOnline centers and through credit/debit and net banking in Telangana State.

Eligibility for B.P.Ed. (Two Years): Candidates should have appeared third year degree final examination or passed three years degree recognized by any university in Telangana or any other university recognized as equivalent there to and should have completed 19 years of age on 01.07.2018. However, the candidate has to submit the pass certificate at the time of counseling.

Eligibility for D.P.Ed. (2 years) : Candidates should have appeared or passed Intermediate or equivalent course recognized by the Government of Telangana State and should have completed 16 years of age on 01.07.2018. However, the candidate has to submit the pass certificate at the time of counseling.

Telangana PECET online application starts from 28th Feb 2018, applications available till 10th April 2018, online apply eligible with late fee up to 2nd May 2018.
Exam Date : TSPECET will be conducted on 7th May 2018

The in-service Physical Education Teachers (P.E.Ts) seeking admission into B.P.Ed (One Year) Course or U.G.D.P.Ed. (2 Years) Course need not appear for any Entrance Test conducted by PECET Convener. They have to apply directly to the Director of School Education, Hyderabad through their respective D.E.O.s through proper channel. The Director of School Education will nominate a limited number of candidates to the respective colleges.

TS PECET 2018 Syllabus :

To write skill test, he or she must have the knowledge of any one of the game as mentioned below.

A candidate has to choose one game while registering for Telangana PECET 2018.

The skill test comprises of 100 marks. 

TS PECET 2018  Exam Pattern :

The Physical Education common entrance test for entry of students into B.P.Ed (two years) and U.G.D.P.Ed (Two years) courses comprise of two parts, namely a) Physical Efficiency Test and b) Skill Test in Game. 

Qualifying Marks in TS PECET 2018

Qualifying cutoff mark in the entrance test is 30% (150 marks out of total 500 marks). However for candidate belonging to SC / ST no qualifying percentage marks is prescribed.

Eligible candidates, who wish to apply for PECET 2107, may submit their applications through Online mode only. The Registration fee @ Rs. 700/- (Rs. 400/- for SC /ST candidates )may be paid at TSOnline or APONLINE centers / meeseva centers / e-seva enters in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh /through payment gateway (Credit card / Debit card)
