Order

1.In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued adapting the relevant Government Orders issued in the undivided State of Andhra Pradesh along with the list of (112) castes/communities group wise as Backward Classes with percentage of reservation, as specified therein for the State of Telangana.

2. In the G.O. second and third read above, orders were issued for amendment of certain entries at Sl.No.92 and Sl.No.5 respectively in the Annexure to the G.O. first read above.

3. In the letters fourth and fifth read above, proposals were received by the Government for certain amendments in respect of the Groups A, B, C, D and E, etc., of the Backward Classes Castes/Communities as adapted in the State of Telangana.

4. After careful examination of the matter, Government have decided to accept the said proposals and accordingly hereby issue the following amendments to the orders issued in the G.O. first read above.

AMENDMENTS

In the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.3, Backward Classes Welfare (OP) Department, dated:14.08.2014:

Telangana Anganwadi Teachers, Anganwadi Workers, Anganwadi Helpers Salaries has been Enhanced. Telangana Chief Minister KCR has announced the increase of the remuneration of Anganwadi workers as a gift on the occasion of International Women’s Day. Telangana State Govt has enhanced Anganwadi Worker (Anganwadi Teacher) Salary from Rs4200 to Rs7000 and Anganwadi Helpers salary increased from Rs2450 to Rs4500. Anganwadi Salary hike will be implemented from the month of March 2015.

Telangana CM KCR said that the Integrated Child Development Scheme(ICDS) run by Anganwadi centres will get a one-time grant of Rs. 1,000 to purchase utensils for the poor pregnant, lactating women and malnutrition child in order to provide proper nutrition supplement.

Telangana Chief Minister has given word to ,Anganwadi Teachers and Helpers to increase in their salary as they demanded. The increased salary will get from March-2015 payment. The Anganwadi Teachers and Helpers, who servers worth fully to the preprimary children were given small amount of salary. For a longtime they fought severely against the less salary to them, and demanded a huge hike in their salary.

This is really a good news for all Anganwadi workers and helpers who have been serving from several years with low salary. G.O’s regarding Anganwadi teachers, helpers salary increase will soon be released by the TS Govt.

3 year LL.B Course: The Candidates for 3 year LL.B. should have passed any Graduate Degree (10+2+3 pattern) of a recognized University with 45% of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the Universities concerned. If any candidate secured less than 45% in graduation he should have passed any additional graduation or post graduation with 45%. 

5 Year LL.B. Course: The Candidates for 5 year LL.B. should have passed two year Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with 45% of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education, A.P. Note: There is a relaxation of 5% of marks in the above qualifying examinations for 3 year / 5 year Law course infavour of the candidates belonging to SC /

. Qualifying marks in AP LAWCET 2017

The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test is 35% (i.e. 42 marks out of total 120 marks). There will be no minimum qualifying marks for S.Cs & S.Ts for ranking.

The T.S. Law common Entrance Test  2017 its ADMISSIONS will be made in strict compliance of the Rules and Regulations of the University Concerned, BCI, TSCHE and relevant G.O.s of T.S that are in force and also amendments that may come into force from time to time.

1. The list of recognized/approved Law Colleges along with the sanctioned strength and the courses that are permitted by the Bar Council of India/University concerned/TSCHE and the seats for which the Government is competent to make admissions for the academic year 2017-2018 will be informed after publication of the results.

2. The admission process will be notified separately by the TSCHE, Hyderabad.

3. Specific instructions to submit the online application form are given on the website www.tslawcet.in Please go through the instructions carefully before filling the online application form.

ELIGIBILITY FOR TSLAWCET 2017
