KGBV notification 2017, kgbv application form 2017 General Instructions

Online   applications    are   invited   from   the   Gazetted    officers   having   service orientation,     promoting    Community    Development     with   Special    reforms   in Education   to SC/STIBClM:inol'ity/Girl  ChildlCwSN   Welfare  etc. for the  post  of Sectoral   Officers  and should  be submitted   -indicating     the  district   where  the candidate    is working.    If application   is submitted    for other   districts   shall  be rejected.
(ii)        Candidates    should  invariably   furnish   NOC  from  their  Reportingl   Controlling Officer.
(iii)      Age of the  candidates   shall  be 50 years  below as on 01.05.2017.
(iv)      The  candidates    shall  have  rendered   at  least   10 years   of service  in Education and Welfare  sector.
(v)        The  selected   candidates    shall  work  in  terms   of G.O.  (P)  No. 10, Finance   & Planning (FW.FR.II)    Department,     dated    22.1.1993  in the   project.      The candidate shall   report   to  duty  within    10  days   from   the   date   of  receipt   of deputation    order.   Otherwise,   they  will forego their  candidature     to join in the project.
(vi)       The  antecedents    of the  individual,   previous   experience,    track   record,  ACR's
etc will also be taken  into  consideration   before  continuing   for deputation.
(vii) The  decision  of   C&DSE & Ex-Officio State  Project  Director   is final  either to consider  or reject  the  application  based  on merit  for deputation    to SSA.
(viii) The   services    of  candidates    will   be  reviewed    every    quarter     and   will
repatriated     to  the  parent    dept.  in  case  of low  performance    I indulging be in unfair   activities   I misbehavior   I misappropriation     of funds   etc.,  without   any prior  notice.
(ix)      The   Candidates    shall   not  be  an  active   member/office    bearer   of Employees Unions Associations.
(x)       Mere   submission    of application   or  appearing    for  the  exam   shall   not  create any  right  to the  candidate   for considering   deputation    and  SPD  has  discretion to fix minimum   cut off marks  and  merit  for each  post.

I.Name of the Post: Special Officers (SOs) of KGBVs/URSs.

Application should be submitted through online (www.cdse.telangana.gov.in).

Eligibility:

a.  Only female candidates are eligible for KGBVs.
b. Existing CRPs & DLMTs are only eligible to apply for URSs.
c. The  candidate  should  be  a  resident  of  the  District  where  the selection is sought.
d.  Educational  qualifications  given in  Annexure  along  with  circular
no.250/TSSA/KGBV/T9/2017, dt:27.05.2017.  (Copy enclosed)
e.  Qualifying in TET Exam.

Age:
Candidate  should  have  completed  25  years  of  age  and  not  have completed   44  years  of  age  as  on  01.06.2017.  In  case  of  SC/ST/BC candidates the maximum age limit shall be 49 years, 10 years relaxation for Physically Challenged.

Exam pattern:

The  written  test  shall  be  3.00  hours  duration  and  will    consist  of Descriptive type of Questions. The test will  be in English Medium for SOs of KGBV and Telugu medium  for SOs of URSs  the Scheme  of Examination is enclosed in Annexure-I.
Other instructions:

a) The  uploaded   application  along  with  copies  of  documents   as prescribed must be submitted to the District Educational Officer.
b) Candidate  should  present  the following certificates  in original for
verification when called for.
•       Age : Proof of age as recorded in SSC certificate or equivalent
•       Post Graduate Certificate and B.Ed. Certificate.
•       Community Certificate.
•       Residential Certificate.
•       One passport size photo.

CRTs in KGBVs/URSs
