TS Open School SSC Inter Exams along with SSC Public Exams 2016 :DSE Telangana has issued TSOSS, Rc.684, Date: 28-01-2016-Telangana Open School Society, Hyderabad-Conducting SSC and Intermediate (TOSS) Public Examination,March/April 2016 along with the SSC Examinations of Board of Secondary Education, Telangana-Dispatch of confidential material in two spells to avoid congestion in the Storage Points (Police Stations) -Instructions issued.

All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the Executive Body of Telangana Open School Society, Hyderabad in its meeting held on 19.06.2015 under the Vice-Chairmanship of the Special Chief Secretary to the Government, Education Department, Government of Telangana it was resolved to conduct the Public Examinations of SSC/Intermediate (TOSS) along with the examination SSC of Board of Secondary Education,

Accordingly, the SSC and Intermediate (TOSS) Public Examinations,March/April, 2016 are scheduled from 28.03.2016 to 19.04.2016 along with SSC Public Examinations, March, 2016 which are scheduled from 21.03.2016 to 09.04.2016.

TOSS SSC and Inter Exams would be conducted along with TS SSC Exams 2016

To avoid congestion in the storage points, the confidential material of SSC/Intermediate (TOSS) Public Examinations, March/April, 2016 will be dispatched in two spells, as the confidential material of both the examinations are to be deposited in the same local Police Stations (Storage Points).In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers are requested to:

• i. Identify separate examination centers for TOSS i.e. other than the schools wherein examination centers are constituted for conduct of SSC Public Examination of Board of Secondary Education. Under any circumstances TOSS exams and SSC examinations shall not be conducted in the same school/college premises.

• ii. Identify and appoint Chief Superintendents, Departmental Officers,Custodians and Route Officers for conduct of TOSS examinations from among the teachers working in Govt/ZP/MPL/Res/Welfare/ Model Schools who are known for their integrity.

• iii. Prepare logistics to distribute TOSS confidential material to the storage points in two spells and ensure to appoint separate custodians for each storage point. The exact dates of dispatch will be intimate in due course

• iv. See that confidential material is, so deposited in storage points shall not mix with the confidential material of SSC Public Examinations.

All the District Educational Officers are requested to ensure that both the SSC Public Examinations and TOSS Public Examinations are conducted smoothly and efficiently and make all arrangements well in advance.
