Applications are invited from Boys & Girls for admissions into 1st Year Intermediate in English Medium for MPC & Bi.P.C Groups for the Academic Year 2015-16 in the following institutions functioning under TS Gurukulam.

*Note: All the above notified seats in (02) COEs & IIT Study Centre will be filled through the Entrance Test and in case of SOE,Bhadrachalam the left over seats (after filling with the passed out 10th class students from the respective institution) only will be filled through the entrance test.

Eligibility:

1. All the ST students (Boys & Girls) who are appearing 10th class March - 2015 in TW Residential Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt. Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools and they should have secured B2 grade(7 points) in aggregate and also secure B2 grade in English in SSC Public Examination 2015.
2. Students studying in Telugu / English Medium are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test.
3. Parental Income should not exceed Rupees TWO Lakh per annum or as per the Government guidelines by the time of admissions.
4. Selected candidates have to produce necessary certificates like, Caste, Income, Ration card, Aadhaar card. Marks Memo, Study, T.C; Physical fitness certificates, 06 Passport size photos at the time of admission.

Reservation:

1. 100% seats are reserved for STs only.

2. 20% seats may be reserved for Girls in co-education institutions.

Submission of Application Form:

All the eligible ST students only shall submit the filled in applications to the respective District Conveners with the following details in the given format neatly typed on (A4 Size) white paper.

Hall tickets will be issued by the convener principal immediately after receiving the application in person.

The applicant should affix one recent Passport size photo on the application attested by the Principal/HM and (02) more photos to be affixed on the hall tickets (02).

Applicant shall submit the filled in application form (A4 Size) and photo affixed hall ticket form to the Convener Principal of concerned district on or before 25 -02-2014.

Hall tickets will be issued by the convener principal immediately after receiving the application in person. No postal correspondence will be entertained.

Mode of Entrance Test:- The Entrance test will be of subjective type which covers (8) very short questions carries (2) marks each, (5)Multiple choice questions (1) mark each and (4) one word answer type questions (1)mark each up to the standard of X class syllabus in the subjects of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biological Sciences @25 mark in each subject .There will be test in English for 25 marks in the areas of comprehension, composition and grammar. The total marks for the tests including English are 125 for a duration of 2.30 hours (i.e.) from 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM

The Test will be conducted on 15 -03-2015. From 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM

a) Question papers will be available in Telugu and English Medium.
b) Applicant can select either Telugu or English Medium.
Selection of Students:
1. Selection of students for IIT Study Centre, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad shall be made on basis of State Common Merit (Boys only).

2. Selection of students to SOE & COEs shall be based on the merit in common Entrance Test following the reservation norms for Girls.
