TS Government has decided to conduct transfers of employees on spouse,spouses are working in Central Government, Telangana State Government, Local Bodies, Telangana State Level Public Sector Undertakings, from one local cadre to another or within the same local cadre.In this matter today govt officials issued Go.No 182 dated 21.05.2016 the following matter kept in the govt order Inter Local Cadre transfer of Government employees on spouse grounds – Orders - Issued.

It has come to the notice of the TS Government that a good number of Telangana State Government employees whose employee on spouses are working in distinct places in the Telangana State Government, Telangana State Local Bodies, Telangana State Public Sector under takings, are facing lot of trouble and suffering due to their dislocation of families, as their working places are far away from each other. 

 2. Telangana Government, after careful examination of the entire issue ie transfers of employees on spouse in detail and as a matter of policy, hereby ts govt decide and permission to the Secretary to Government of the Administrative Department to transfer the employees working in the State Government, whose employees on spouses are working in Central Government, Telangana State Government, Telangana State Local Bodies, Telangana State  Level Public Sector Undertakings, from one local cadre to another or within the same local cadre, as the case may be, on spouse grounds, provided there shall be clear vacancy in the respective post and they shall be assigned last rank in seniority in the respective post in the latter local cadre treating it as a request transfer, not entitled to TTA and DA, subject to other conditions and orders issued from time to time in this regard by the Telangana Government. 

3. Spouse Transfers in Telangana TS Spouse Employees Transfer Go.No 182These orders shall not be applicable to the posts in the Offices located in GHMC / HMDA limits. However, the employees working in GHMC/HMDA limitsSpouse Transfers in Telangana TS Spouse Employees Transfer Go.No 182 can be transferred to the offices located outside GHMC/HMDA limits, employees on spouse grounds.

4. All the Departments of Secretariat Spouse Transfers in Telangana TS Spouse Employees Transfer Go.No 182/ Heads of Departments / District Collectors shall take necessary action Spouse Transfers in Telangana TS Spouse Employees Transfer Go.No 182accordingly and ensure that the above orders are followed scrupulously.

 5. This order issued with the concurrence Spouse Transfers in Telangana TS Spouse Employees Transfer Go.No 182of the Finance Department, vide their U.O.No.2242/Secy.Fin./2016, dated:12.04.2016.

Candidates should take a printout and handover application only to the respective Principal of their Junior Colleges duly appending their signature and pasting photo.
