All the RJDSEs, DEOs, POs of SSA and Principals of DIETs, CTEs and IASEs and Director SCERT are hereby informed that vide reference cited, a meeting was conducted with the DIET Principals to discuss the procedures, norms and modalities for conduct of orientation to Vidya Volunteers. Following are the procedures, guidelines and financial norms for conducting Vidya Volunteers training programme.

TS Vidya Volunteers training programme guidelines:

Each batch of candidates shall be about 50 for SGTs. Further, subject specific strength for School Assistants as shown below the table.
The training venues may be High Schools/ DIETs with good infrastructure and facilities. The training starts at 09.00 AM and ends at 05.00 PM on all the days.
In case of trainees are around 50 to 80 in the entire District in a subject where one or two batches are required, a training may be conducted at DIETs or other places. In such cases, the lodging and boarding may be provided with Rs.300/- per candidate per day.
In case of less number of Vidya Volunteers against Urdu School Assistants with about 6 to 10 in the Districts, the training programme for all the Urdu School Assistant volunteers will be at DIET, Hyderabad in a residential way. All the DEOs are requested to send them to the DIET, Hyderabad. However, the CTE Hyderabad run the course.
The Headmaster of the High School may be placed as Course Director or any other suitable person as decided by the Principals of DIETs/ CTEs/ IASE in consultation with DEO.
The observers from the State Level i.e. the State Resource Group members will be drafted to observe and support the training programme.
The Handbooks for Vidya Volunteers must reach the Principals of TEIs on or before 15th October, 2015 so as to make use from planning day i.e. 16th October, 2015 onwards.
There shall be three (3) Resource Persons per batch representing Telugu, Maths and English each for SGTs. In case of School Assistants, three RPs may be taken for the same subject.
A one day planning meeting may be conducted on 16th October, 2015 at DIETs/ CTEs/ IASE and expenditure towards stationary, working lunch, tea and snacks may be met.
The Principals are requested to provide required stationary, note book, pen and other things in advance along with Handbooks to the training centre. The Principal should monitor the training programmes along with his staff members.
The TA, DA to the Principals attending meetings at SCERT regarding planning and other purposes pertaining to Vidya Volunteers training may be met from the training budget.
The Academic Monitoring Officer of SSA shall assist the Principals in conducting the training programmes from 13th October, 2015 onwards(The Dates are modified if  u want modified dates Click Here)
The entire budget towards the training of Vidya Volunteers of SGTs and School Assistants may be met from the training budget of SSA for the academic year 2015-16.
The Principals may furnish proposals on the approximate funds required towards conduct of the training programme based on the unit cost to the Project Officer of SSA for the release of the budget as advance by 15th October, 2015. The concerned Principals shall submit accounts along with original vouchers and attendance registers immediately after completion of the training programme to the PO, SSA. In case of any further budget based on the accounts submitted may be released.
The DIETs shall take up the training for Vidya Volunteers for both SGTs and School Assistants except in the Districts i.e. Hyderabad, Mahabubnagar, Warangal where CTEs and IASEs shall take up the training for School Assistants.
The DEOs may be requested to issue instructions to all the MEOs and Dy.EOs to depute the Vidya Volunteers and Resource Persons for the training as per the centers provided by Principals of DIET/ CTE/ IASE. The Vidya Volunteers may be asked to come with textbooks concerned.
The 3-day time table and session-wise details are enclosed.
The Principals may discuss the matter and arrangements with the DEOs concerned and conduct the training programme effectively.
The Director SCERT is requested to draft one or two SRGs to each District to visit the centres and support the RPs and training programmes
The Director SCERT and staff, RJDSEs, DEOs and POs of SSA are requested to visit the centres and monitor the programme.

The Eligible Rank holders qualified in EAMCET-2015 conducted by JNTU, Kakanada, A.P. are directed to attend the counseling for admissions into BAMS / BHMS / BNYS Courses for the year 2015-16 at Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada as per the schedule given below. The Candidates need not to submit any application form for admission into BAMS/BHMS/BNYS courses for the academic year 2015-16.

Eligibility for admission into BAMS/BHMS/BNYS courses:

1The candidate should be Indian Nationals or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card Holders should satisfy the Local or Non-local status in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (Residence requirement) as laid down in Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admissions) Order, 1974 and the selection will be done as per the procedure laid down in the G.O.P.No.646, dated 10.07.1979 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.42, Higher Education Department, dated 18.05.2009.
2The candidate should have qualified in EAMCET-2015. (Full details to see the Regulation)
The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10 + 2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology with 50% marks aggregate in the group subjects
3The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12-2015 for all courses.

FEES PARTICULARS: Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable): All the candidates who attend the counseling have to pay an amount of Rs.1500/- for OC/BC and Rs.800/- for SC/ST as counseling fee at the reception counter of the counseling center irrespective of their selection/admission. The counseling fee receipt can be produced in subsequent counselings for entry into the counseling center. If the candidate fails to produce the receipt in subsequent counseling, he/she shall pay the counseling fee again.

Certificates to be produced at the time of counseling:
The candidates are directed to bring all the original certificates (mentioned below) and two sets of attested Xerox copies.

(1) EAMCET-2015 Rank Card and Hall Ticket.
 (2) S.S.C or equivalent examination showing the Date of Birth.
(3) Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination i.e., Intermediate or Equivalent Examination. (4) Transfer certificate.
(5) Study certificates from 6th Class to Intermediate.
(6)Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have to submit 10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO.
(7) Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) who belongs to BC/SC/ST Category candidates issued by an Officer prescribed.
(a) Income Certificate of Parent issued by M.R.O on or after 01.01.2015
(b) Service records & SSC/ SSLC certificate of the parent is not in-service, nearest relative service certificate.
