TSEamcet 2016 Notification TS Eamcet Online Application Telangana:A slew of changes have been made in the TSEamcet 2016 exam pattern from this year.Biometric system will be implemented at all test centers across the 10 district. Also,to ensure transparency the authorities are contemplating online medical this year.

The Telangana Government here on Wednesday announced the schedule for the conduct of the Engineering,Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test (TSEAMCET 2016).The exam will be conducted on May 2nd and results will be declared on May 12th.While announcing the schedule NV Raman Rao,Convener of TSEamcet 2016 said that the TS Eamcet online application fee has been increased from existing Rs 250 to Rs 500.

According to the schedule,the notification for TSEAMCET 2016 was issued on 25.02.2015 and the submission of online application for both engineering and medicine will commence on February 28th 2016.The candidate can submit their TS Eamcet online applications up to March 28th without fine. One major change in the procedure is 100% increase in the application fee.However it would remain same for SC/ST candidates

Considering the spike in expenditure,we have decided to increase the TSEamcet 2016 fee from Rs250 to Rs 500.If everything goes according to the plan,we would like to give a copy of OMR sheet to students,introduce bio metric and also conduct online examination in order to increase transparency.How ever facilities at the centers and readiness of students especially from rural areas to use computer would be the main constraints.We would from a committee and would finalize all the details soon,TSCHE Chairmen papi Reddy explained.

He added that they would at least try to conduct medical entrance test online.The TS Eamcet Committee has decided to retain the qualifying marks in the TSEamcet 2016 at 20% of the total score but the SC/ST candidates will require no minimum qualifying marks,intermediate marks will carry 25% weightage.
